PowerPoint 2007: Combining Potrait and Landscape

By default, PowerPoint uses landscape layout, though only able to use a single layout (Landscape or Potrait), you can combine the presentation Potrait and landscape that appears as a single presentation.

To do this:


1. Please note that you should save the presentation to the same file. Thus, if the folder in the copy to CD or transferred, the presentation still function properly. In the first presentation, select the text or object you want the link to the presentation made to the second.

2. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click on Actions.

3. On the Mouse Click tab or the Mouse Over, click Hyperlink to ..., and then select Other PowerPoint Presentation from the list.

4. Find and click the second presentation, and then click OK.

5. In the Hyperlink to Slide box, under Slide title, click the slide you want to connect, and then click OK. Click Ok again.

6. Now, we make a link from the second presentation back to the first presentation. In the second presentation, select the text or object you want to be a link to the first presentation.

7. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Actions.

8. Mouse Click on the tab or Mouse Over, click Hyperlink to, and then select Other PowerPoint Presentation from the list.

9. Find and click the first presentation, and then click OK.

10. In the Hyperlink to Slide box, under Slide title, click the slide that you want to connect, and then click OK two times.
